Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Recruitment to design and oversee our company’s hiring.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise a recruiting team and its daily operations.
• Set goals for your team, monitor performance, and report results.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Recommend and monitor professional development.
• Train and supervise team members on company processes and policies.
• Act as a coach and mentor.
• Act as your own hiring manager when new headcounts are needed.
Requirement:
• Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant, or Recruiting Coordinator
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like GitHub)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
• Candidate must be from Pune Location
• Strong decision-making skills
• Should be available for F2F interview

Salary: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
