Shift Timing - 2 PM to 11 PM (No Cabs)
Job Summary:
We are in search of an Assistant Manager Recruitment for our international line of business. The role would be responsible for Team Supervision, Strategic Planning, Process Improvement, Performance Management, Training and development for the team furthermore he/she would also be responsible for vendor management, sourcing from indirect sources, screens and interviews qualified candidates for craft, technical, professional, and managerial positions for our leading clients.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to source potential candidates, for open positions.
- Candidate screening and evaluation: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial rounds of interview and assessing candidate's qualification and fit for specific roles.
- Offer negotiation: Collaborating with hiring managers and candidates to negotiate employment offers, including salary, benefits and other items.
- Onboarding support: assisting in onboarding of new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into their roles.
- Team Management: drive team members to excellence keeping the hiring objectives in mind.
- Strategic Initiative: drive strategic initiatives to help achieve company's hiring requirements
- Vendor Management: Managing relationship with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors as needed
- Reporting: Generating reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and development: should be able to identify training requirement for the team develop them to drive better output.
Requirements:
- 3-5 or more years of hands-on recruiting experience across verticals and different line of businesses as a Team Manager /Assistant Manager Recruitment. Candidates with US Debt collection hiring experience would be preferred
- Must have a hands-on experience in sourcing on multiple job boards and good understanding of Boolean searches.
- Must possess good resume analytical skills.
- Clear, distinct oral and written communication skills.
- Dynamic interpersonal and judgment skills.
- Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must be open to work evenings and weekends
