Job Title : Assistant Manager - Retail (Location : Hyderabad, Chennai)
Leadership. Understanding of policy, planning, and strategy. Vendor management, Inventory Management. Ability to develop, implement, and review policies and procedures.
Ability to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. Understanding of necessary legal and regulatory documents.
Ability to address problems and opportunities for the company. Ability to build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
Experience in handling multiple stores.
1- recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
2- managing budgets
3- maintaining statistical and financial records
4- dealing with customer queries and complaints
5- overseeing pricing and stock control
6- maximising profitability and setting / meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
7- ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
8- preparing promotional materials and displays
+- liaising with head office.
10- Track and manage the inventory part at stores
11- Launching new stores
