Assistant Manager, Retail & Leisure Services

Responsibilities:
- Identify new properties and develop relationships with developers and landlords
- Obtain necessary documentation and conduct site visits to assess potential properties
- Maintain records of available properties and relationships with developers/landlords
- Assist in lease proposals, market analysis and property preparation
- Promote new properties and conduct market research
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a retail leasing surveyor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of retail property market trends and dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to travel to various properties as needed
