Your experience and skills include: MBA/ PGDM in Sales & Marketing . Should have overall experience between 1-3 years specifically 1-2 years experience as Sales Account Manager or minimum 1-2 years experience Sales Accounts Manager of a medium d hotel of international five star qualities. Proven track record in enhancing guest experience, departmental profitability, employee engagement etc. What you will be doing: Assists the Associate Head of Sales in all the aspects of his duties. Assesses the portfolio for Inbound / Outbound potential to ensure fair market share. Assisting Senior Management and guiding hotels in annual budgeting & monthly forecasting exercise. Identifies new accounts and performs cold-calling. Effectively uses the marketing tie-ups and G-leads Participates in the daily and weekly Sales and Marketing briefing. Ensures proper documentation of in-house sales process, account profile and room night production.
