Job Description
• Achieve Regional AOP Plan in terms of Sales & Profit strictly adhering to the principles and guidelines of the company
• Co-ordinate various sales programs to grow the installed base through customer loyalty and relationships ensuring the highest productivity levels
• Ensure that the receivables are strictly under control with respect to DSOs and ensuring that there are no overdue accounts.
• Strong desire to win business and establish long term customer relationship.
Channel Management:
• Closely monitor channel partners performance and work with them to improve the sales.
• Ensure each channel in the region will achieve their respective AOP.
• Plan leads and manage both direct and indirect sales activities.
• Perform marketing and sales activity with the help of channel.
• Ensure channel reps regular training to upskill their team.
Territory Management:
• Ensure the good coverage of the assigned territory of Maharashtra and Goa.
• Job required extensive travelling within Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, Nasik, Nagpur and Goa.
• Ensure increase the share in Pharma customers, Non Pharma, Research institute, Food (FASSI and FDA labs) etc.
Key account management:
• Develop and Maintain focus accounts directly for improving valet share for CCS business.
• Well-developed Professional and strategic sales skills with consistent record to develop and grow focus and key accounts through networking at all levels on the customers organization.
• Regularly visit the customers and ensuring high level of support for their continued business
• Provide comprehensive feedback on competition and competitor activities helping the marketing team to develop counter strategies.
• Provide timely information to all the functions ensuring smooth and effective business operations in the region and as a member of the Sales Management should contribute to overall performance of the Division
Education / Qualification:
• Candidate must have a Science Postgraduate with a preferred degree in management.
• Well-developed skills in sales, planning, negotiation is crucial
• Strong computer skills (Must be proficient with Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Strong team player and interpersonal skills
