EXPERIENCE:
4-7 Years of experience in Business Development. Contract Pharma manufacturing experience would be preferred.

Business Development team, Planning, Quality, Regulatory & Manufacturing units
KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL
All customers and target pharma and nutraceutical companies
QUALIFICATION:
B. Pharma / B. Tech Food/M.Sc. Nutra + MBA (Pharmaceutical Management Preferred)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Generate new business from new/existing clients in P2P / Contract manufacturing model.
• To handle Business Development and generate business leads ensuring growth and organization’s market position.
• To sustain current business and add on new business with a targeted approach.
• To coordinate between clients & internal departments if need and close the inquiry with proper actions like offer/samples/data etc.
• To undertake research and identify new markets and customer needs.
• To provide full MIS on Queries, Closing Deeds and monthly accomplishments based on product category and production line with proper analysis.
• To make weekly report on status & challenges of Customers.
• To identify the bottleneck in timely execution of tasks and eliminating them.
• To report and analyze Market Complaint and Sales loss due to delivery on monthly basis.
• To coordinate with SCM on existing and prospective business orders. Shall have regular review with HODs to sort out the pending issues.
• To conceive training requirements, implement and evaluate the related activities, pertaining to Business Development.
• The BD team will have Product Training from Scientific Head on existing & new products as per requirement.
• To arrange business meetings and to promote company’s product / services addressing client’s objectives.
• Responsible for guidance & enhancement of skills to capture the opportunities available in market
