Job Description
• To make Max Healthcare “Hospital of Choice” for the allocated region’s people & Doctors.
• To effectively interface with the trade physicians and patients for promoting the services offered by the hospital.
• To demonstrate ability to implement sales promotionand relationship building initiatives.
• To create database of potential doctors & nursing homes / hospitals across Allahabad.
• To conceive plan and organize CMEs /OPDs/Camps other programs for MECP physicians.
• Responsible for newsletters to MECP doctors.
• To convene regular meetings and performance reviews involving team members and Team Leaders, MECP Relations.
• To maintain and track ‘doctors’ performance vis-à-vis MECP Relations Targets.
• To achieve target revenue of MECP Team.
• To manage MECP Relations team / provide leadership to the MECP Relations team to achieve their targets.
• To recruit, retain & develop MECP doctors for the units.
• To maintain overall self-presentation and policy adherence.
• Regularly attending sales meeting & training sessions.
