Job Responsibilities
• To identify business opportunities and create annual business plan for existing clients
• To create execution plan based on the approved business plan and set targets for the team
• To ensure generation of orders to achieve revenue and profit margin targets
• To plan, support and ensure implementation of Marketing activities (Trade shows, Customer Visits)
• To ensure and improve quality of Merchandising and take necessary steps to execute the same
• To review the Work orders prepared by the team and discuss with reporting manager.
• To create and update weekly plans and ensure adherence to delivery timeline
• To coordinate with PDD and R&D for Merchandising and other departments for any requirements.
• To design and deploy Key Account Management process and enhance Customer satisfaction index
• To handle the Customer Query/ Complaint and discuss with concerned department / people.
• To prepare reports related to Sales and Marketing and submit to reporting manager.
• To review and share reports related to Sales and Marketing to relevant stakeholders
• To motivate and develop the team to achieve the targets
• To review the performance of the team and conduct monthly/ quarterly review meetings with the team
• To monitor departmental budget and take necessary actions to remain within the budget
• To ensure adherence of all Company level policies and statutory requirements
