Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, direct sales, and business development. Should be independent and target oriented. Proficient & experienced in building a team from scratch and focused on ROI. Willing to work in a start-up environment with aggressive growth numbers.
Pre-requisites
• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, service delivery and vendor / proposal management in the Market Research domain
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Market Research (primary and secondary) service offerings specifically data gathering via different channels such as online / telephonic / face-to-face, etc
• Experience in handling customers / clients and vendors across the globe
• Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to do the right thing under pressure and tight deadlines (proposal timelines)
• Open to occasional shift timings
• Should be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Broad Responsibilities
• Take ownership of client requests (RFQs, RFIs RFPs), build a solution to create cogent response / proposal to address all the client specific requirements, with appropriate assumptions, contingency and sales margins
• Client-facing skills, e.g. meeting & presenting to clients (ideally with experience in dealing with similar types/levels of contact)
• Maintain & improve on RFQ conversion rate
• Work towards and achieve targets assigned
• Demonstrate skills in client-centric selling
• Manage excellent relationship with clients, vendors, and other key stake holders
• Close deals
• Build and update collateral including service offerings, case studies; Develop new service offerings
Qualification/Experience
o Bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced business degree would be a plus
o 2+ years’ experience with sales in market research with customer interface
o Experience in a global work environment would be a positive

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
