Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Sales - Proactive & Reactive, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for managing sales operations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and developing sales strategies. They will work closely with the sales team to meet targets, generate reports, and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
• Sales operations management and strategy development skills
• Proven experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using sales and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous hotel experience, especially in a similar role, is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
