Function / Department-Sales Marketing - HV
General Accountability-Generaton of the business through agents and Roadshows
Nature Scope of position-1. Managing the existing and Recruitment of the New agents
• Planing and devicing the local scheme and engagement program for Agents
• Ensuring the agent productivity and activation
• Training and agent life cycle management
• Brand development by conducting road shows
• Ensure Nil discripancy and high customer service satisfaction
• Ensuring meeting of the targets month on Month basis assigned to SM
Key relationship/ customers-External Customers - IMDs (Life Insurance, Health company, Mutual funds) Housing socities and retail customers
Internal Customers - Sales Team, Operations Team, Finance Team, HC Team, Underwriting Team, Claims Team
Competencies-1.Self Motivated and Self starter
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Understand Insurance Products
• Client Acquisition and Retention Skills
• Customer Orientation 6.Ability to connect at cross functional level
Education Experience
Qualification - Graduation Experience - fresh / 1 Year Preferred Industry - Insurance -Health /Life/ GIExperience of Agent recruitment sales in previous job is preffered
