Position- Assistant Manager - Sales Support
Location :Hyderabad
Experience : 3 to 4 years of experience in telesales preferred
Salary Bracket : 3.5 LPA
Employment Type: Full -Time
Qualifications: Graduation
Roles and responsibilities:
• Assign leads to the team and ensure the daily targets by team members are met
• Ensuring process adherence by all team members
• Whenever required, speak to prospective clients and influence customers to buy Freyrs solar systems
• Reporting the team performance regularly and highlighting any deviations in process and performance
• On-job training of team members about pitching Freyrs solar system effectively and accurate qualification of leads
• Work closely with the sales team member to improve the conversion of transferred deals
• Creating and ensuring the weekly schedule of the team is followed
Requirement:
• Should have good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Qualification - Graduate
• Should be flexible to travel if required.
• Team handling experience is must
• 3 to 4 years of experience in telesales preferred
