Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities
Х Co-coordinating the pre and Post FCU activity with FCU agency, H.O. on daily basis & reporting to H.O.
Х Updating credit / marketing team regarding the FCU activities and Finding
Х Maintaining login registers at Branch and ensure every case is screened and recorded
Х Checking the proper implementation at branch level.
Х Major role will be to Conduct field Investigation of fraud & Negative cases & police actions against fraudsters.
Х Generating & maintaining MIS reports pertaining to process of corrective actions and presenting the same to the management for facilitating decision making
Х Monitor the average TAT for each process and variance from the targeted/Desired TAT
Х Checking Daily transaction login and MIS for smooth process efficiency.
Х To handle the Branch Query through Mail and solved Query within TAT and also Co-ordinate with HO.
Х Fraud cases investigation
Х Co-coordinating mystery shopping activities and NON starter Investigations and seeding activities on dealers, agencies and executives to ensure KYC norms.
Х Will also required visiting nearby locations for investigation based on H.O. Instructions.
Х Co-ordination of FCU activity for all products (PSBL, LAP, CE and CD-Finance) knowledge of all products is must.
Required Qualifications And Experience
"Х Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments
Х Should have overall knowledge to source from salaried loans business.
Х Good communication, analytical skills and Channel management skills
Х Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
Х Excellent communication skills.
Х Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
Х Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
Х Excellent relationship skills.
