What You’ll Do:
• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Run lead generation campaigns (organic + paid), specifically targeting franchise prospects
• Collaborate with our marketing and sales team to drive engagement and conversions
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies
• Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing and franchise investment
• What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year of experience in social media marketing and lead generation
• Prior experience in franchise/business opportunity lead generation is a big plus
• Strong content writing and communication skills
• Familiar with analytics tools, paid ads, and CRM software
• Based in Jaipur or open to a hybrid work model
