Success Tutoring provides tutoring in all subjects for students in grades K - 10.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Assistant Centre Manager supports the Centre Manager in leading, organising, planning and controlling the day-to-day operations of the Success Tutoring campus. The role focuses on providing a welcoming environment for tutors, students and parents to ensure that our centre runs smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and people-focused Assistant Manager to support our daily centre operations, mentor students, and tutoring on additional days while contributing to drive the growth and success of the centre.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Front Desk & Administration
Oversee daily centre operations and front desk responsibilities
Handle enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins professionally
Maintaining and scheduling tutoring sessions, academic assessments and enrolling new members
Listen to staff and customer feedback, track relevant Key Performance Indicators
Sales & Enrolments
Conduct consultations with parents and assist with student enrolments
Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into new memberships
Communicate the value and benefits of our tutoring program
Assist with local marketing initiatives
Student & Tutor Support
Provide tutoring to students (K-10) in Maths and English
Deliver engaging and high-quality learning experiences
Encourage and motivate students during tutoring sessions
Assist with tutor scheduling and support high teaching standards
Leadership & Growth
Support the Centre Manager in achieving enrolment and growth targets
Contribute to a positive, motivated, and collaborative team environment
Support training of new tutors

Previous experience in tutoring, education, or customer service (highly regarded)

REMUNERATION
~ $30-50 p/h + Bonus
