Designation:Assistant Manager – Human Resources (Talent Acquisition/Recruitment)Location: Raipur, ChhattisgarhJob Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across diverse roles helping the organization to connect, hire, and retain niche talent.Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.Maintain a good hiring velocity, within hiring budget & with good hiring fit.Source quality candidates from various channels including social media, professional networks, online job portals, cold calling, referrals and campus.Utilizing the channels available aiming to source candidates for the business directly in as many cases as possible without causing detriment to the business in terms of both time and quality of candidates, to achieve overall lower cost to hire.Conduct initial HR round, judge suitability of the candidates with reference to work culture environment, salary expectations.Own full recruitment process including interview, feedback, negotiation and offer process.Responsible for induction & onboarding experience of new employees including joining formalities and documentation.Closing open vacancies within the turnaround time as per the requisitioner’s requirements.Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and have a strong network of potential candidates for niche roles.Conceptualize and successfully execute Internal and External Branding Initiatives.Vendor empanelment and engagement - Evaluate Vendor performance, contract renewals and terminations, quality and cost management.Maintain personnel files along with complete documentation as per company policies (online and offline).Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.Develop HR reports for recruitment, headcount & attrition, productivity analysis, MIS Reports & presentations.Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction.Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure positive work environment. Create a robust employee network.Minimum Qualifications:Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant field.Strategic planning, resource allocation and familiarity with industry standards, equipment and technical expertise. Relevant experience in ferroalloys/steel industry (Preferable).Superior knowledge of computer such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Windows features, ERP, HRMS/HRIS, ATS, and other software relevant (Mandatory).Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, set priorities and work both independently and in a team environmentAbility to manage and lead local team while supporting global goals.Knowledge of project management skills.Exceptional Analytical, problem solving, Excel and data management skillsAble to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels across organization with tact and diplomacy, and with a high level of cultural sensitivityData-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through excellent analytical thinkingProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)Desired Skills:High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with people.Strong ability to execute / demonstrated ability to executeExperience and familiarity with local laws and customs in relation to HR/IRKnowledge of technology trends, compensation, and benefitsDetailed planning, time management and organizational skills.Positive, proactive, and able to always exercise great judgement.Ability to work in a fast paced and highly ambiguous environment.Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills, with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key take away, and disseminate actionable insights.Knowledge of key recruiting craft skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management systemsExperience:4-8 years’ experience in a similar role required.If you are interested in this position, you can apply directly by sending your updated CV to
