ROLE :
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to join the PFT family! This position will be based in Mumbai. The role would involve managing the entire recruitment cycle and ensuring onboarding of excellent talent. You will be entrusted with the entire recruitment cycle, an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates, stakeholders and employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You would be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle of the Business Units assigned to you. You will manage the hiring needs of the Business within stipulated timelines, cost and quality. Sourcing and screening of candidates & ensuring fulfilment of hiring numbers as per position requirements. Ensuring coordination with prospective candidates for their smooth onboarding. Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders - internal and external alike Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes Identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, making direct contact calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals. Work towards building a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates, stakeholders and employees. Lead and own the Recruitment cycle which includes working closely with Business, attracting, and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations till onboarding. If rejected, then closing the loop with a regret mail. Maintaining a database with all the details of the sourced candidates. Updating BU heads & Business SPOCs with reports & data on the status of the positions/ roles assigned
