In this role, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI Developer with a strong command of React.js to join our front-end development team. You will be responsible for developing modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for web applications, working closely with product owners, designers, and backend developers. Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code Optimize components for maximum performance across devices and browsers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers Integrate APIs and handle state management efficiently Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS/LESS Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON Knowledge of TypeScript is a strong plus Understanding of Cross-browser compatibility and Responsive design Experience with unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.) Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Familiarity with version control systems like Git Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and a passion for delivering great user experiences Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Why join Genpact?
