Now Hiring: Assistant Manager – Southlands Riding Club
Vancouver, BC | Full-Time | Permanent
Southlands Riding Club (SRC), located in the heart of Vancouver's Southlands equestrian community, is seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our vibrant facility. Reporting to the General Manager, this hands-on role will assist in overseeing membership services, facility maintenance coordination, events, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations of SRC’s facilities and grounds
Assist with member communication, issue resolution, and rule adherence
Coordinate logistics for horse shows, clinics, and community events
Help manage volunteer and sponsorship activities
Support HR, communications, and rescue program administration as needed
What We're Looking For:
Experience in equestrian, private club, or nonprofit environments
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proactive, team-oriented, and solutions-driven
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Details:
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience ($70k-$80k)
