Job Description: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager HR

Valmark is a midsize Real Estate Developer in Bangalore having more than two decades of experience and a proven track-record of excellence in Real Estate sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding; Employee records and database management etc.,

· Must be fairly conversant with Leave, Attendance & Payroll Management & Statutory compliance.

· The candidate must be skilled in managing Compensation & Benefits, recognition, training, performance management and employee relations in a manner that retains staff members long-term and builds our employer brand.

Age, Education qualifications, Experience and skills:

· Age 25-30 years

· MBA in HR or Post graduate in HR from a recogonized or reputed University with good academic credentials

· Work experience of 3 – 5 years in Human Resources, and candidates having work experience in Real Estate sector would be an advantage.

· Good written and verbal communication

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

· Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork

· Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning

For suitable candidates compensation will not be a constraint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year
