Job Description
Develops business and negotiates the selling, leasing, and marketing of commercial Real Estate properties.
Responsibilities
• Develops and implements strategic sales/leasing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for Retail Projects.
• Develops and manages sales operating budgets.
• Develops and recommends product positioning, and pricing strategy to grow market share.
• Generating sales through the existing customers, events, exhibitions and channel partners.
• Secures new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and leasing the current projects.
• Provides prospective tenants with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values.
• Accompanies prospective customers to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.
• Compiles property data for customers, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations.
