The Role
We’re seeking a Duty Manager to join the leadership team at The Palms Hotel, one of Iris Capital’s top-performing gaming venues. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a venue known for its strong reputation, fast-paced environment, and high standards in service and compliance.
Reporting directly to the Licensee, you’ll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, leading the team during busy trade, and ensuring a smooth and consistent customer experience across gaming, TAB, bar, and accommodation services. You’ll bring operational excellence, a strong work ethic, and a passion for performance.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a hospitality management role
Strong knowledge of gaming and TAB operations
Current RSA, RCG & ARCG certifications (mandatory)
Hands-on leadership approach with a high level of accountability
Ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-volume environment
Driven, self-motivated, and focused on results
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
