Position Purpose
The platform supports 23 countries across globe with standard trade applications. The position is responsible for designing workflow application and implementing across 23 countries supported by the platform.
Primary responsibilities of the role includes:
The role is responsible for leading successful deployment of new Trade Finance workflow management tool.
Needs to define and manage the product vision and strategy, based on operations and Business feedback.
Act as functional SPOC representing voice of Global Trade Finance operations for BNPP.
Primary point of contact on behalf of the operations to identify the product requirements for the development team.
The key responsibilities of a role is to define user stories and create a product backlog Sprint planning with BA team.
Have the complete responsibility and ownership of defining and even prioritizing user requirements.
Making tough decisions on what features to include in each sprint or release, based on the value they will deliver.
Acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders (e.g. Ops/IT/Business) on matters related to the product.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for Requirements gathering, Testing, Operational impact analysis and Change management.
Demonstrating leadership and ownership of the product.
Foreseeing, identification and solutioning of any underlying project risk.
Continuously monitoring the projects status and providing smooth transparency to management in form of periodic project governance.
Secondary responsibilities of the role includes:
Be back up product owner for Core Trade Finance booking tool for Documentary product.
Be SME for Trade Finance operations hub in India.
Support ISO or other Audit for GTO IT asset team scope.
