Job Purpose:
He/she will be responsible for Achieving growth and hitting sales targets. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it's strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting and coaching of sales executive.

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of product and competition status.
• New Customer acquisition, Business development.
• Coordination with sales and dispatch person.
• Ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Market Review and Survey timely and the execution at ground level to increase sales.
• Maintain and ensure the proper stock at warehouse.
• MIS Reporting

Excellent sales knowledge
Excellent negotiation skill
Should be excellent in team handling.

Academic &Professional Qualifications:
MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Experience Required:
8-12 Years of experience in same domain
