Job Title- Assistant Manager- Phone Banking
Roles& Responsibilities-
Handling Outbound calls and upselling of Banking insurance products
Selling of Insurance product .
Deals in on call closure through Bank official Portal (Digital Sales).
Providing Correct information about company's product and Guidelines.
Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel and Internet applications.
Ensuring of all customer communications are professional, accurate, and timely.
Good Interpersonal skills with an ability to understand the customer’s problem and solving them,
Strong analytical, problem solving and client interaction skills, Expertise in achieving customer
satisfaction, Confidence to handle pressure situations.
Ctc- upto 4lpa
Qualification- Grad/PG
Location- Thane[Mumbai]
Experience- Minimum 1yr experience in life insurance required .
Age- Upto 30 years
