Hiring for a leading IT solutions provider, offering Applications, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Infrastructure services globally through a combination of technology knowhow, domain, and process expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Training of new hires on fundamental skills essential for entry level performance - concepts of E-Commerce, payment processing and client specific training requirements

- Support business with need-based OJT Support - Coaching and Refresher Training

- Manage performance and development of a team of 4-5 L3-L5 trainers as direct reports

- Manage performance, development and adherence to organizational policies for trainees (levels 1-3)

- Training need assessment - parameter-based assessment for root cause analysis and action planning

- Content Development and implementation.

Skills Required:

- Must have very good verbal and written English communication skills.

- Certification like CELTA,MBTI,FIRO B,NLP
