Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of experiences, memberships, and therapeutic programs
Follow up on leads and sales opportunities
Support supervision of the operations and front desk team
Ensure high service standards and exceptional client experience
Assist with scheduling, organization, and operational control
Collaborate on strategies to improve conversion and retention
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish and English required)
Full-time availability
Availability to work weekends and extended hours as needed
Minimum of 3 years of prior full-time work experience
Proven sales and customer service skills
Organized, disciplined, and growth-oriented mindset
Ability to work under performance goals and targets
