Assistant Manager/Senior Engineer -Electrical Maintenance
Job Description
• Maintenance of all machines, Equipment and utilities.
• Preparation of schedule & Checklists for Preventive Maintenance.
• To plan and control breakdown maintenance activities of all machines, Equipment and utilities.
• Ensuring Safety & 5S at workplace while carrying out Maintenance activities.
• Arranging AMC Contractors, Vendor Evaluation & Process for Vendor Registration.
• Carrying out Purchase processes to make availability of Spares & Consumables.
• Maintaining & calculating MTTR & MTBF and ensuring machines up time.
• Maintaining Spares for Machines & Equipment Maintenance.
• Maintaining and updating IMS documentation.
• Reporting Hazards, near misses & incidents and creating awareness about safety at workplace.
• Identify opportunities for energy saving.
• Establish an improved data recording, collection and analysis system to keep track of energy consumption
• Monitor Water Consumption & ensure consumption as per MPCB consent
• Identify Opportunities to Eliminate, Recycle, Reuse waste
Desired Candidate Profile
• Tech/B.E. in Electrical engineering
• 7+ years work experience for post of Senior Engineer -Electrical Maintenance
Must have working experience in Electrical Maintenance Engineer
• Maintenance of all machines, Equipment
• Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
