Division/Department: Fragrance Division
Reporting to: National Sales Manager - Fragrance
Purpose:
Responsible for developing presentations and product concepts for the Fragrance Division. Assist in Marketing Department projects. Provide marketing support to the Fragrance Division. Handle Consumer Insight Market Research in India and Sri Lanka.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing:
Identify marketplace opportunities and turn them into marketable ideas.
Conduct market research for insights to shape brand strategies and drive growth.
Collaborate with sales to achieve growth and sales targets.
Create brand and product strategies for fragrance solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams on projects.
Stay updated on market trends and categories.
Information Management/Exchange:
Maintain New Product Information (NPI) database.
Efficiently manage the product library.
Communicate effectively with global counterparts.
Consumer Insights and Market Research (CIMR):
Plan and execute CIMR activities in India as needed.
Monitor global or regional CIMR activities in India.
Supervise the Consumer Insight team.
Other Responsibilities:
Prepare the annual budget for Marketing and CIMR expenses.
Organize annual giveaways to external clients and other similar requirements.
Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Comply with applicable procedures and legal requirements.
Adhere to the Company Group's Charter of Corporate Behavior and Code of Conduct.

Job Requirements:
Qualification: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Knowledge & Skills:
Creative, motivated, and dynamic.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel regionally.
Adaptability to a multicultural environment.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and product design software (an advantage).
Knowledge of fragrance and cosmetic ingredients (an advantage).
Experience: 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in Fragrance, FMCG, Cosmetic industry. Advertising or other creative industry experience considered. Market research experience is a plus.
