Job Description:
You will be responsible for developing and executing 360 degree comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels online, in-store and offline to promote the brand and products. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement online & offline and achieving business objectives. You will have to co-ordinate with various partners and vendors responsible for delivering marketing objectives. You will be reporting to the Director.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, in-store, events, and traditional advertising
- Collaborate and co-ordinate with cross-functional teams for planning, creating compelling marketing content, including advertisements, social media activity, and promotional materials
- Play active role and implement the strategies for customer engagement, uplifting in-store experience and ensuring the experience
- Plan and execute events and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts and drive innovation.
Requirements:
- Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for marketing and a drive to succeed in a dynamic and competitive industry.
- Basic proficiency in social media management and online food ordering apps
