Assistant Marketing Manager
1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
2. Build and maintain a strong network with doctors and healthcare professionals in the region
3. Generate referrals from doctors and other healthcare stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.
4. Liaise with healthcare institutions, clinics, and other stakeholders to establish and maintain productive relationships.
5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
6. Organize and manage marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and other business development initiatives.
7. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
MBA in Marketing.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing in healthcare, hospitals, or the pharmaceutical industry.
Proficient in doctor networking and referral generation.
Strong knowledge of the Tricity region and its healthcare landscape.
Must have access to a two-wheeler for ease of travel.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
