Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Medical Superintendent at Paras Health located in Gurugram. The Assistant Medical Superintendent will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility, coordinating and managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and implementing and maintaining healthcare policies and procedures. They will also support the Medical Superintendent in administrative tasks and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications • Experience working in a healthcare facility • Good understanding of healthcare policies and procedures • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Attention to detail and accuracy • Knowledge of medical terminology and practices • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • Previous experience in a supervisory or administrative role is a plus
