Reports to: Merchandising Manager
Overview: The Assistant Merchandiser supports the Merchandising team in allocation, pricing, inventory management, and ecommerce planning. This role ensures that product moves efficiently through our retail and ecommerce channels while maintaining accurate and timely reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Refresh and maintain weekly/monthly merchandising dashboards and tools (inventory dashboard, weeks cover files, allocation/ecom injection plans, production files, monthly snapshots).
Manage weekly pricing schedules for retail stores.
Monitor aged inventory and recommend actions.Support ecommerce sales events, stock injections, and discards-to-pickable processes.
Assist with the annual ecommerce merchandising plan, providing pricing and allocation insights.
Partner with Buying, Retail, and Ecommerce to ensure smooth execution of merchandising strategies.
Prepare reporting on trade performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to drive sales.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years’ experience in merchandising, allocation, or planning.
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
Interest in fashion, sustainability, and the circular economy.
