Job Description
You will be responsible for managing the brand's performance in alignment with the brand and company strategies within the CNS therapy market. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the Brand Guardian by setting brand vision, value proposition, and strategies for both short and long terms
- Creating and managing promotional collaterals, pricing, and new product launches
- Actively monitoring competitor activities to plan, revise, and coordinate brand strategy implementation
- Developing Annual Business Plans, Input Budgeting, and analyzing product and category data to drive marketing strategies
- Engaging in internal selling through Cycle Meeting planning and execution, as well as coordinating with other departments for program execution
- Monitoring brand performance by tracking progress, managing budgets, conducting reviews, and field work
Qualification Required:
- Post-graduate qualification in pharmacy or MBA
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in CNS/Brand Management
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in excel tools for market data analysis and projections

The work schedule is a Day shift, and the compensation range for this role is 5 to 6 lakhs annually.
