• Drive digital lending strategies for Fintech/NBFC partnership
• Working closely with partners/customers to drive digital lending programs
• Create SOP, policy documents for the bank as per regulatory & compliance guidelines
• Work closely with IT team to integrate LOS/LMS for driving digital lending business.
• Working with cross functional teams.
• Monitor KPI and business numbers for the digital lending partners.
Skills:
• Up to 5 years of experience with Fintech/Bank/NBFC in a Digital lending role.
• Hands on experience in LOS/LMS and consumer apps for lending
• Experience in both Tech and business side of the entire digital lending journey
