Responsibilities
• Evaluating business/site processes, anticipating/capturing requirements, uncovering areas for
improvement, and producing requirement backlogs
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Analyze preferences and requests of end users.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
• Groom and prioritize backlog
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Write acceptance tests for the requirements.
• Plan releases and upgrades
• Follow progress of work and address VisiL ean application related issues
• Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback
• Keep track of industry trends
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross functional team members and
management.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Help prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s or Masters degree in construction or related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent teamworking a nd collaboration skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong foundation s in planning and scheduling
• Strong Lean Construction and BIM related knowledge
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentatio ns.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
