JOB SUMMARY:The Assistant Production Coordinator is responsible for maintaining inventory levels of saleable goods and supplies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor inventory, productions levels and schedules.
Receive incoming goods and supplies and post receipts.
Manage orders from key customers.
Perform cycle counts as necessary.
Assist with the purchasing of goods and supplies.
Assist shipping and receiving when needed.
Able to work effectively as a member of a team.
Perform other related duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma required.
BS/BA in related field a plus.
3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude required.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English required, as well as basic arithmetic skills.
Excellent data entry skills.
Familiar with Excel spreadsheets.
Team player.
Detail oriented.
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects, and process multiple tasks as required.

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
