We Are Hiring: Knitting Industry Production Supervisor
Location: (Dharmaj Anand Gujarat)
Full-time | Immediate Joining Preferred
Are you an experienced professional with strong leadership skills in the textile knitting industry? Join our team and help drive production excellence!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage circular knitting operations (single jersey, interlock, fleece, etc.)
Supervise shift teams and ensure smooth production flow
Maintain fabric quality, troubleshoot machine issues
Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and dispatch teams
Ensure safety and compliance standards on the shop floor
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a knitting or textile production role
Good knowledge of fabric types, GSM, yarn handling, and production planning
Strong communication and team management skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/ERP entry preferred
