McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage production and packaging schedules
Analyse sales forecasts and historical data to determine production requirements
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure resource availability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations
Monitor inventory levels, minimise waste, and audit data for accuracy
Support dispatch and transport operations, including route planning and vendor coordination
Maintain accurate production, packaging, and dispatch records
What You’ll Bring:
Strong planning, organising, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong time management capabilities
Confidence using a range of computer applications
Previous experience in a production planning or logistics coordination role is desirable
