Designation : Assistant Professor
Qualification : B.com BBA & MBA M.com
Experience : 3 yrs - +yrs
Responsibilities:
Teaching introductory and upper-division management courses in the undergraduate program along with courses in the MBA program.
Engaging in services to southwest Minnesota as part of SMSU’s commitment to the region.
Participating fully in the activities and programs of SMSU’s Business, Innovation and Strategy Department and of the Management Program.
Requirements:
Evidence of demonstrated ability to teach and work with persons from culturally diverse backgrounds.
Evidence of active research stream.
Proven disposition towards community and university service.
Demonstrated commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. demonstrated ability to teach and work with persons from diverse backgrounds.
An understanding of and appreciation for liberal education.
Demonstrated ability/competence in instructional technology and on campus/online/hybrid teaching methods.
Student-centered approach to education and a commitment to helping grow the management program.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated evidence of teaching excellence in the discipline and specialization associated with the position.
Clear evidence of ongoing professional development.
