Job Description
Qualifications and Experience for the post of Assistant Professor are as under: -
• Handle Basic and Advanced Culinary Sessions (both theory and practical) for - Diploma and Degree students . He/She must be able to take tourism and management subjects.
• Command on written and spoken english with minimum qualification of Degree in Hotel Management.
• Very good practical skills in International and Indian regional cuisines.
• Should be well versed in Preparing Powerpoint Presentations, Video presentations for theory classes.
• Well versed in Costing, Budgeting, Indenting, Menu Planning, Food Festivals, Modern Plating Styles etc.
• Prior Experience as Chef Instructor in a Hotel Management/Culinary College will be preferred.
