Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the assigned discipline.
Develop and update course materials, syllabi, assessments, and instructional strategies.
Employ effective, inclusive, and innovative teaching methodologies.
Advice and mentor students on academic and career matters.
Supervise student research projects, theses, or dissertations (as appropriate).
Preferred Qualifications:
PhD or equivalent terminal degree in the relevant field (completed or near completion by start date).
Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching and research.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Postdoctoral experience or prior teaching experience at the university level.
Evidence of scholarly publications or research in progress.
Experience with grant writing or funded research projects.
