Key Responsibilities:
Conduct theory and practical classes for undergraduate and postgraduate Nursing students
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments
Evaluate student performance and provide academic support
Guide students during clinical postings and supervise projects
Participate in academic events, seminars, and workshops
Contribute to curriculum improvement and departmental initiatives
Maintain student records and assist in examination processes
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of nursing theory and practice
Effective communication and classroom management skills
Basic research and academic writing abilities
Team player with a student-centric approach
Willingness to learn and contribute to institutional development
