About the Role
Be part of shaping the next generation of psychiatrists in a dynamic training environment. As Assistant Program Coordinator, you will support the delivery of the formal education course and keep the training program running smoothly through strong coordination and communication.
Coordinate formal education course delivery and schedules
Support directors and educators with admin and logistics
Liaise with trainees and presenters' day to day
Manage enquiries, records and program documentation
This role is 30 hours per week, working set days Monday to Thursday, 9.30am to 5.30pm
About You
Bring your strong administration skills and attention to detail to a role where organisation and communication are key to success.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong computer skills
Clear communication with diverse stakeholders
Accurate admin skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Discretion and commitment to confidentiality
