Job Title Assistant Project Engineer- BMS Job Description Summary This role is responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work of a building under construction. Also having sound understanding of the impact of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing settings within the construction process. Job Description About the Role: experience in IBMS/ELV systems having hands-on knowledge in systems like BMS, FAS, CCTV & ACS projects installation experience, like schedule tracking, vendor management, site coordination with multiple stakeholders . knowledge on EHS, Planning, JMS certifications, materials inspection at site and daily reporting on the work progress Overall system commissioning experience. About You: 5 to 7 years of experience in BMS / ELV system Technical awareness of construction works Excellent organizational and motivational skills Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
