Assistant Project Lead

What this job involves:
• You'll manage and lead design activities for Hotel / Commercial Projects and make sure that everything is on track within the appropriate budget.
• To ensure high-quality work, you'll need to collect clients' requirements and fully understand them.
• You'll then build proper design management procedures that match the clients' every want and need, and closely work together with the design team to stave off any gaps or mix-ups.
• You'll plan and drive report meetings with clients and relevant government authorities.
• Part of your job scope is to drive and manage value engineering—from beginning to end.
• You'll make sure that you coordinate with designers to string the design program along with the procurement. In this role, answering questions such as, "Which specific hold points need specific client decisions during design development?"; "How can I better manage and keep track of design changes?" and "What can I do to ensure smooth handover?" will help you develop and implement a sound game plan

Criteria
• You have a degree in architectural, civil engineering, MEP engineering, or related discipline or field, or a mix of formal education and work experience of more than 10 years spent on design, construction or project management.
• You should also be well-versed in design management.
• At least have experience in 5 Star Hotel Project experience
• PMC experienced preferred
• Well versed with AUTOCAD, REVIT and BIM
