1. Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction.

2. Providing strong field management and leading work teams throughout all project stages.

3. Responsible for the weekly scheduling of work.

4. Direct, supervise, and interpret plans and contract terms to supervisors.

5. Closely monitoring the aspects of project management (Cost Control, Communications

Management, Time Control, and Materials Management).

6. Coordinating quality control objectives & activities to resolve construction problems & maximize efficiency & profitability.

7. Closely working with the client and developing & maintaining strong relationships.

8. Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.

10. Project Monitoring and Reporting

11. Performing Project Coordination

12. Team Communication

13. Analyzing and fulfilling the requirement of resources (manpower, equipment, and materials)

14. Preparation of Invoices & monthly billing certifications

15. Preparation of DPR, WPR, and MPR.

16. Managing project progress and adapting work as required.

17. Coordinating labor resources and procuring and delivering construction materials and equipment.

18. Plan all construction activities and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.

1+. Closely monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement corrective measures to keep projects on track.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
