Ongoing, Clerk Grade 3/4 opportunity base salary ($84,659- $ $92,70 plus superannuation (12%) and leave loading, based in Martin Place Sydney
About the Role
As an Assistant Project Officer you will join the Study NSW branch which supports international students and promotes NSW as a leading study destination. Our events bring people together and help create welcoming, well organised experiences for students and stakeholders. This role offers hands-on exposure to event coordination in a collaborative government team, with opportunities to build practical skills and contribute to meaningful work.

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines whilst upholding accuracy and attention to detail
Basic financial administration skills, including purchasing and transaction processing
Strong administrative and organisational skills supporting projects and team operations
Experience coordinating meetings and events, including logistics and on the day support
