Job Description
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will work approximately 20-30 hours per week, with the flexibility to adapt to varying
monthly schedules. While much of the work can be performed remotely, occasional travel to the properties will
be necessary. We offer competitive hourly compensation for this role.
Responsibilities:
Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.
Coordinate all move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals (including taking pictures, conducting move-in/out inspections, handing over keys, completing required paperwork, etc.).
Provide direct communication with tenants to assist with and facilitate maintenance needs and requests.
Utilize AppFolio for property management tasks.
Qualifications:
Flexible schedule with availability for daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
Property management experience is preferred but not required.
Experience using AppFolio.
Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of property management experience.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
